Wesley Mission's Fundraising Team is looking for a volunteer who can support the day to day function of the team. This position would suit an individual who has strong administrative skills, outgoing personality and wants experience in the not-for-profit sector and has a genuine interest in fundraising and making a difference in the community.

Essential Duties:

- Data entry

- Receipting

- Making out-bound thank you calls

- Writing thank you messages

- Day to day administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience:

- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel

- Be an effective communicator over the phone

- Be reliable, dependable and punctual

- Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented

- Respect and maintain confidentiality of Wesley Mission donors, corporate partners and other stakeholders
