Help Ipswich Hospital Foundation with this exciting fundraising project!

The positions are due to commence on ASAP and finish on 24th of December 2021. The position will require you to work shifts between 9am to 5pm, some late nights may be required, days and times are negotiable.

We are looking for people with the following knowledge, skills, experience and availability:

• No Qualifications required
• Ability to take direction
• Ability to work independently but with some supervision
• Professional manner
• Confident phone manner
• Work well with others and able to lead a team
• Availability for the length of the gift wrapping project
• Basic computer literacy
• Fit and healthy
• Own vehicle to access the shopping centre/s

Tasks will include:

• recruitment of volunteers
• management of rosters (including communicating with volunteers)
• supervision of volunteers in the shopping centre/s
• generally ensuring the smooth running of the project

The position/s will commence ASAP to enable recruitment and planning, followed by the commencement of the wrapping stations in the local shopping centre/s in late November/early December.
