To be a successful ChillOut Festival Committee Member, you need to have excellent teamwork skills, be highly organised and committed to the sustainability of the longest running LGBTIQ Festival in Australia.

General Responsibilities: The General Member(s) on the committee are to assist the executive, provide input and ideas to the ChillOut Daylesford Committee centering on governance and special interests portfolios.

Reports to the President and the members of the ChillOut Daylesford Committee.

Time Commitment: Up to 5 hours weekly + monthly COM meeting Commitment may increase around the March festival.

Required: Passion Effective relationship building skills A positive attitude Sound organisational skills Networking and Involvement in business networks and community groups
