Our growth-lead volunteer will preferably:

• Be Comfortable with numbers, metrics and data analysis
• Have experience with Google, Facebook and Instagram campaign management and optimization
• Have experience with website and\or WordPress development and design & an understanding of UX design
• Be able to collaborate with marketing teams to guide A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best for PIG.
