Early Support for Parents works with families in the community and their homes who have children in their care between the ages of 0 -18 years of age.

Utilising a strength based approach we support families in identifying their strengths to work towards and complete their goals.

Using evidence based practice, in consultation with the Program Manager, you will provide individual support to families to help them identify goals, set achievable steps and work towards to building on the strengths to resolve identified concerns.

The requirements of families vary greatly, and can include advocacy within support services, NDIS advocacy, identifying pathways to school advocacy, encouraging and normalising healthy child development and how to manage the hard days.

You will receive full training with ongoing training opportunities throughout your time with the organisation, the opportunity to participate in team meetings and social events.

You will be reimbursed for travel and phone/internet usage as appropriate.
