  • Requirements
    • National Police Certificate *

    All applicants must be over 18 years of age.

    All applicants are required to complete a Volunteer Information Session.

    All applicants are required to complete a Disability Workers Exclusion Scheme form at interview.

    All applicants are required to complete a National Police Check.

    All applicants are required to provide 2 positive professional reference checks.

    An statutory declaration is required for applicants who have who have been a citizen or resided in a country other than Australia since the age of 16.

    All applicants are required to evidence their influenza vaccination from 1 May 2020 and renew this annually.

Inclusion Melbourne is a CVS auspice which is a service funded by the Australian Federal Government.

Competencies include a warm and caring attitude as well as empathy and good communication skills. Reliability and a willingness to commit to at least weekly contact for a minimum of 12 months is a requirement.
