The volunteer would collect meats from the kitchen and commence cooking on the BBQ in the courtyard around 11:30am. The Therapy Assistant will be there to set up the table, serve the lunch and drinks while the volunteer engages in conversation with residents. Then the Volunteer and Therapy Assistant to pack away together.
