The Doorways OR SalConnect Emergency Relief Interviewer role provides operational support through interviewing clients, maintaining appropriate records and supporting administration services including data entry of information, filing, responding to telephone calls, preparing of spread-sheets and memos and responding to emails as required. This volunteer role will be responsible for:

Interviewing clients, maintain appropriate records and refer to appropriate personnel. Providing quality customer service and meet client needs. Maintaining a safe and healthy environment. Qualifications and Experience Requirements for the Position

· Experience in administration, use of Microsoft Word and Excel and customer service preferred.

· Experience in similar role highly regarded.

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
