Administration Assistant
Autism SAWe are looking for a volunteer with the following skills and experience:
- MS Word & Excel
- experience using databases/CRM
- data entry
- good attention to detail
- problem solving skills
- customer service skills including a friendly and confident phone manner
The duties include:
- Data entry
- Maintaining Spreadsheets
- Responding to emails and phone calls (scripts provided)
- Scanning and saving documents
- Updating client information on ProSIMS wait lists (database management)
- Delivering items to FSG sites on occasion (if based at Netley may have access to fleet vehicle)
- other administration tasks as required
Will require a satisfactory DHS Working with children clearance and a National Police Clearance (not more than 3 months old) - we will action these required clearances with the successful volunteer.
