We are looking for a volunteer with the following skills and experience:

  • MS Word & Excel
  • experience using databases/CRM
  • data entry
  • good attention to detail
  • problem solving skills
  • customer service skills including a friendly and confident phone manner

The duties include:

  • Data entry
  • Maintaining Spreadsheets
  • Responding to emails and phone calls (scripts provided)
  • Scanning and saving documents
  • Updating client information on ProSIMS wait lists (database management)
  • Delivering items to FSG sites on occasion (if based at Netley may have access to fleet vehicle)
  • other administration tasks as required

Will require a satisfactory DHS Working with children clearance and a National Police Clearance (not more than 3 months old) - we will action these required clearances with the successful volunteer.
