The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Uniting is advertising this role on behalf of Uniting Victoria and Tasmania.

Uniting is looking for a volunteer who can host their Weekly Quiz Telelink groups.

The TeleLink program is a regular telephone-based activity group offering social support, special interest and leisure activities.

They are seeking a host to run the following groups each week:

  • Tuesday – 2.15 – 3.15pm – General Quiz
  • Wednesday – 2.15pm - 3.15pm – Temptation Quiz
  • Wednesday – 3.30 – 4.30pm – Telefeud

You may choose to run a few sessions or one.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Host “Quiz” TeleLink session each week and get our participants cognitively engaged
  • As the host you will be responsible for creating the weekly questions
  • As the host, create a fun atmosphere while asking the questions
