The collection includes about 6,000 texts of which approximately 4,000 have been cataloged and is housed in a library area with good facilities.

Work includes cataloging, uploading books to an online catalogue, helping to create a library development plan. The successful applicant will work with two part time volunteer librarians one of whom is fully qualified and the other has no formal training but loves libraries.

Volunteer work can be done during business hours or after hours at weekends.

The organisation is an Associated Institution of the World Buddhist University and has a significant online presence including an online library catalogue.
