To work with the Director Operations and whole bar team, directors and other club staff and volunteers to ensure a friendly and smooth-running bar and gaming room To assist the senior bar person on duty to - • Undertake the opening shift procedure, including undertaking the verification of the money count • Serve behind the bar with a high standard of customer service and compliance with RSA requirements • Make sure the bar area and public areas are clean and tidy • Collect and wash glasses. Wipe down tables • Assist with poker machine payouts (RCG Required) • Assist the bar closing procedure including till count • Undertake Covid Marshal duties if a specific Covid Marshal is not on duty • Ensure all patrons have registered on the Covid Register, including if necessary, by accessing the VisitSafe site and manually registering them • Ensure non members have signed in and qualify for temporary membership or are accompanied by a member as their guest • Accept new membership applications and membership renewals • Control level of music and/or televisions
