Interviews are conducted with all volunteer applicants for advertised positions. You will need to keep appointments, follow a simple set of questions, make notes, and have contact by telephone and email with the Member organisation regarding the volunteers that you believe suit the advertised position. Previous HR experience would be an advantage but not necessary as all training is provided. Confident with Excel, Word, Outlook. Great telephone manner. Well presented.
