Administration & Venue Support | Navy Club

Are you or retired or unemployed, looking for that opportunity to give back to the community? Maybe you would like to gain experience in the operations of a not for profit club, including daily administration activities, database management of memberships and general venue support?

We are seeking a volunteer to assist the President, Treasurer and Secretary with memberships, updating or developing Venue instructions, assisting with distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence and venue admin support. The role involves general administration duties including data entry and maybe assisting in the transitioning to a cloud-based system. Skills in OneDrive and membership management would be highly beneficial. Other opportunities (Non mandatory) Website and Social media. Assisting with annual functions (ANZAC day, Rats of Tobruk Commemoration, Veterans Health Week, Monthly music nights, AFL Grand Final, Melbourne Cup and Christmas Party) Also an opportunity to assist with Grant writing and fund raising.

We are a small, fully volunteer operated club, with a majority of the customers being Veterans, Club members and guests.
