We are seeking two new Perth based members to fill the voluntary role of General Committee Member (1 x Resources Coordinator, 1 x Operations Coordinator).

General Committee Members assist in directing the activity of the charity, ensuring outcomes are met and operations run smoothly.

Our Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating our collection points across Perth, as well as managing our donation stock levels and consumables. If you have great communication skills and a good head for logistics this is the role for you!

Our Operations Coordinator helps to ensure that all our i's are dotted and our t's are crossed. This position plays a key role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, and our policies are up to date. This position also manages our venue hire agreements.

General responsibilities for all committee members include overseeing and contributing to the work of the charity, strong support of the vision, values and objectives of the charity, provide appropriate time and effort to the obligations of being a committee member, acting with integrity and avoiding conflicts of interest.

About You: Personal commitment to the mission of Little Things Ability to devote time and effort to help Little Things for Tiny Tots achieve its strategic objectives, including attendance at monthly committee meetings as well as some volunteering sessions Willingness to take a leadership role Trustworthy, methodical and consistent Experience in any one of the following areas is desirable although not essential: not-for-profit sector stakeholder engagement fundraising and/or sponsorship grant applications strategic planning logistics and/or operations

Based in metropolitan Perth. Time Commitment Approximately 6-10 hours a month including monthly committee meetings via Skype and attendance at volunteer sessions throughout the year.
