Kids in Philanthropy (KiP) engages, educates and empowers children and their families, with hands on experiences to help communities in need and make the world a better place.  Our vision is to develop the future changemakers of Australia by brokering collaborations between families and social sector partner organisations to grow empathy, inspire change and encourage children and their families to do more in the community.

KiP is looking for a Chief Executive Officer who will drive the growth of KiP and secure its long-term sustainability applying a combination of entrepreneurial acumen, business development, fundraising and relationship skills. Priorities for the role include contributing to and delivering on KiP’s strategic plan, sound financial management, effective administration and developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The CEO is responsible for the operational policies and practices of KiP and provides advice and support to the Board, which will assist in the development and implementation of KiP’s strategic direction. The CEO will drive the growth of KiP and secure its long-term sustainability applying a combination of entrepreneurial acumen, business development, fundraising and commercial skills. The role requires, effective administration skills, excellent people management skills, and a capacity to establish and maintain sound relationships with representatives from within and outside the KiP community.
