Prior to COVID-19, clients would attend the drop-in center for their Preparation for Work appointment. *Please note that due to COVID-19, the drop-in space is closed to clients. Therefore, this role will be remote and will require applicants to have access to a computer and phone for over-the-phone appointments.

Applicants will require:

• Personal experience of job search process, effective job search strategies both on-line and off-line (desirable).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Well-developed client service and communication skills and cross-cultural understanding.
• Proficiency with the use of Microsoft Work, email and Internet.
• Ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders.
