The job responsibilities:

  1. Managing job board and advert management
  2. Phone screening, arranging interviews, create report on recruitment
  3. Parallel accurate data entry into various sheets & systems
  4. Drafting emails, inbox management and on-boarding documentation
  5. Creating manuals and presentations
  6. Coordinating work with multiple teams all over Australia
  7. Ability to search, sort and filter data for HR lead when demanded using strong analytical skills will full accountability
  8. A doer who can perform individually with less supervision
  9. Creating and updating personnel files
  10. Researching on practices and policies
  11. Excellent knowledge in word, excel, powerpoint and SharePoint will be highly appreciated
  12. Supporting HR Leader with client support and project work as required

Key IT skills:

  1. Sharepoint & MS teams
  2. Reporting in excel
  3. Previous relevant experience to create or manage Sharepoint site

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  1. A curiosity and passion for community work
  2. Ability to handle pressure and work with low supervision
  3. Work in collaboration with HR lead and team
  4. The ability to work in an unstructured system
  5. Strong attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
  6. Experience dealing with information in confidential way

Some of the positions available can be filled with students as part of their internship or professional practice, as such, coordination, and communication with the coordinator of the practice is essential.
