We are looking for a qualified volunteer with governance and/or risk management experience to assist StreetWork enhance its governance and risk management framework.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the governance enhancement project, ensuring it is on track and assisting with reporting on progress to the Board.  Take responsibility for implementation of relevant actions, as required.
• Develop and maintain all governance related (including risk management) policies
• Assist the Chair of the Finance Risk and Audit Committee with regular reporting and key activities such as Charter compliance review, risk assessments and maintenance of the risk register
• Assist in the Company Secretary with Board Duties, if required
