    National Police Certificate
    All Southcare volunteers are required to have a Volunteer National Police
    Certificate (VNPC) which Southcare will apply for and p ay for on your behalf but
    we d o ask that you please b ring suitable proof of identity to your appointment.
    We d o require that applicants have a good level of conversational English

Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy. Assist with maintaining marketing schedule and content plan. Creating marketing content and materials such as white papers, cases studies, b logs, newsletters and presentations. Assist with implementation of campaigns and updating web sites. Creating and interpreting a variety of rep orts. Organising market research and conducting desk research. Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feed b ack. Source content and up d ate social media accounts. Assist with database, maintenance and database creation of campaigns. Assisting with E vents ad ministration and set up and clean up . Collating customer packs, assisting to prepare mail outs and other marketing material. Handwriting birthday and holiday cards to contacts. Coordinating artwork and printing requirements. Document process and procedures. General office duties. Understand Southcare services and brand , following brand style guide. Learning and working with various types of software. Working with others in the line with Southcare Values. Communicating in a respectful and professional manner. Use basic conflict resolution principles to hand le situations in the workplace. Cod e of behaviour, conduct and values is adhered to at all times. Ensure own safety by adhering to Southcare OH S policies and procedures. Contribute to a safe and non-discriminatory workplace. Report any accidennts. Incidents or hazard s in line with the relevant policies and procedures.
