Would you like to join our team of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about fulfilling our mission of working with farmers to rehome unwanted farm animals into loving forever homes?

This is an incredibly important role that is suitable for someone with experience within the veterinary industry and a big heart for animals.

This role will see you providing expert advice to our volunteer foster carers who care for a range of different farm animals including hens, calves, pigs, sheep, goats & horses.

The successful applicant must have extensive knowledge & skills in animal handling, nutrition & behaviour, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must have a genuine desire to help our volunteers provide the best care possible to the animals we care for and be able to provide timely advice where required, particularly for those animals that come to us from unfortunate beginnings and may require special or urgent care.

This is a remote role which means you can volunteer from the comfort of your own home.You must have access to a phone, computer and internet.

The successful applicant must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours each week.
