We assist those at risk of, or dealing with, homelessness by providing exercise groups and structured programs aimed at creating pathways to self-sufficiency and improved wellbeing. Being homeless is more than the absence of shelter, and our goal is to empower individuals to drive the changes necessary to get back on their feet. We offer a hand up, not another handout.

About the Role:
This role will manage and lead the Operations Division to ensure the continued success of our three core program offerings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the Operations Division to deliver on the strategic objectives for the division
• Maintain and ensure compliance with the operations manuals for each program
• Prepare an annual delivery plan for the Operations Division inclusive of budget and workforce plan
• Monitor and support team members' performance & wellbeing
• Flag and support the process of recruiting new team members when required
• Attend monthly meetings with the OMF Senior Leadership Team
• Attend quarterly meetings with the Extended Leadership Team
• Monthly update to the Executive Director to confirm actual progress to the annual delivery plan
• Monthly check in with the Financial Manager to discuss any required updates to the forecast

Volunteering Environment:
On My Feet does not have a registered office so all volunteer work can be completed at home or at an agreed upon location amongst the team.

Qualifications & Knowledge:
No specific qualifications are required for this role, however, any background and experience that demonstrates the required skills detailed above, is preferred.
