What is Mentoring Men?

Mentoring Men is a registered Australian not for profit organisation which provides Free life mentoring programs for adult men in the community. Our program carefully match you with another adult male, who is trained to listen, support and help you as your mentor to define meaning, hope and your goals in life. Mentoring Men is not affiliated with any religious or political organisations and all men regardless of their background or beliefs are welcome to sign up.

In these strange times, many men are experiencing anxiety, helplessness, job insecurity, low self-esteem, relationship troubles and other life challenges. This is where a mentor can make a real difference in your life.

By connecting with a male with whom you can trust and chat with about your challenges, our program can help to take your skills, career and goals to a higher standard, provide you with constructive feedback, reduce loneliness and help you stay socially connected.

• a desire to improve your life
• be available to meet with your mentor (online/physically) as part of the mentoring process
