Tasks and duties

  • Understanding customer needs and developing strategies to address them.
  • Approaching new customers to establish relationships.
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Gaining knowledge of competitors and conducting competitor analysis.
  • Identifying key personnel in client companies or organisations and cultivating relationships with them.
  • Working with the ultimate aims of client preservation and contract renewal.
  • Communicating opportunities for upselling or cross-selling with the sales team.

Our Not-for-Profit Organisation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation.
