Google Adwords & SEO Specialist -Volunteer position
House To GrowYour Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage company Pay Per Click, SEO and Marketplace strategies.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with marketing goals.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, webmasters, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with marketing goals.
- Monitor, evaluate and improve search results & search performance across the major search channels.
- Some experience and understanding of long call keywords and geo-targeting.
- Work autonomously on developing Keyword optimization.
- Analyzing past and present Google traffic volume, and working with the Marketing team to develop strategies.
- Generate weekly and monthly PPC & SEO performance reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Understanding of current PPC and SEO industry benchmarks and anticipate trends.
- Perform link audits and identify improvement and new opportunities.
- Ability to audit competitors & identify new opportunities.
- Write sales focused ad copy that converts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years’ proven experience working on SEM or SEO.
- Expert in Google Adwords
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Dashboards as well as internal reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering ongoing results and driving measurable ROI.
- Results-driven focus.
- Basic HTML & CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in NFP sector is an advantage.
