Administration Coordinator

    • Ability to print and do mail merges
    • Basic to proficient computer skills
    • Ability to learn new computer platforms

The Administration Coordinator will do a wide range of office-based tasks that support the core operations of the Chamber: membership certificates and email, administration, promotion, communication and events. This position can be the first point of contact with the Chamber team and creates the important first and lasting impression with our customers. • Responsible for answering phones, customer service to members, including printing member certificates and assisting them develop their online profile on the Chamber’s platform • Responsible for office presentation and organisation • Provide excellent customer service and promote this throughout the Chamber. • Manage database of members including processing membership applications. • Coordinate member events. • Supporting ad-hoc events – E.g. Coffee with members • First point of contact for member enquiries made to office via phone, email and in person • Work with bookkeeper and staff to ensure all invoicing is up to date • Provide support to the CEO • Coordinate the board room for meetings and tidying up afterwards. • General operations and administration including mail, banking, filing, office presentation, office supplies, petty cash control, photocopying and data entry and other office duties as required.
