The position includes the delivery of inductions and demonstrations on equipment and processes to ensure the safety of our participants and good housekeeping is practiced. The successful applicant will contribute to the care and operation of the printmaking workshop including the management and maintenance of equipment. Experience and competence in a range of printmaking techniques is desirable - screenprinting, lithography, intaglio and relief printmaking processes and associated equipment and materials. The post holder will have a knowledge and understanding of the hazards associated with printmaking equipment and processes; those related to the use of printing presses, chemical handling, maintenance of specialist equipment, and experience of relevant safe working practices and knowledge of appropriate WH&S procedures.
