Eastern Volunteers Community Transport provides support in the community to transport clients to allow them to remain active and engaged in the community. The result of this is that they are able to retain independence and remain in their homes for longer, living better. Eastern Volunteers Transport Program complies with the Aged Care Standards and delivers a quality program ensuring our clients are at the forefront of the decisions we make.

The Role:

We are looking for reliable drivers to pick up and take our clients to and from social, recreational and medical appointments. A vehicle will be supplied for your use on the day of driving.

Requirements:

• Must have full Driver’s License and good driving history
• Drivers will need to have a positive disposition and be able to assess risk and mobility changes in clients
• Availability for 1 full or half day per week.
