Kath Dickson Family Centre is a not-for-profit, community-based organisation that is committed to the wellbeing of families and children.  As recognised experts in early childhood education and care, we are strong advocates for the sector and have an ongoing commitment to support the community in the many family-related challenges facing people at all stages of their lives.

In order to help support our community we are excited to welcome new volunteers across all parts of our business in Toowoomba, ranging from helping with resources for playgroup and toy library to gardening and general administration.

Whether you are in-between jobs, retired, or simply looking to give something back to the community, you will be a valued and much respected volunteer within our Kath Dickson Family. As a registered charity, your time with us may also contribute to some of your mutual obligations with Centrelink!

Because we strongly support and maintain the safety of children, you will need to hold a Positive Notice Blue Card (or obtain) and willing to undertake Criminal Police Check.
