Responsibilities

  • Build a network of clients and partners to promote our program across NSW
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Report and escalate to management
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate and lead the projects

Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of social work, social sciences or welfare related discipline.
  • Proven working experience as a community engagement in the not for profit sector with Children, Domestic Violence or Youth.
  • Available during work time hours to make phone calls and visit potential partners and clients to promote our program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a mature and dynamic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
