Essential Skills & Knowledge The volunteer demonstrates: Strong customer service skills   · Administrative  and reception skills· Attention to detail· Strong interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills The volunteer may have abilities in:· Team work skills· Working with minimal supervision· Working with people who are blind or have low vision· Working with children or young people aged 0 to 18 years
