In this role you will be corresponding will individuals who contact 'Til The Cows Come Home through Facebook messenger and phone. Answering queries, processing adoptions (life-saving work!), completing background checks on adopters, and other ad-hoc duties.

This is a remote role, so you can volunteer from the comfort of your own home. You must have access to a computer and internet connection for this position.

Successful volunteers will have excellent: phone and facebook messenger demeanour, english language knowledge, spelling and grammar skills, and a polite and warm personality who is willing to help individuals who contact our organisation.

You will be corresponding through our Facebook account, not yours.
