  • Has experience or is keen to learn about social media scheduling tools
  • An interest in supporting a social enterprise to reach its full potential
  • Is a social media maverick who is on top of new social media algorithms/ analysing data and building audiences.
  • Good time management skills and an effective communicator
  • Passionate about empowered communities and changing lives through improving education, health and livelihoods.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexibly and think outside of the box
  • Will positively represent our organisation, communities, projects and the not for profit and social enterprise sectors
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator is advantageous, however not essential
  • Able to commit to 6-8  hours per week as required. This can be spread across different days if more suitable.
  • If successful, you will be required to complete a National Police Check and a Victorian Working with Childrens Check

You’ll be joining a community of like-minded people working together to make a genuine impact on tackling poverty.

This volunteer role allows you to play an integral part in the success of this charity and our work empowering communities. This will also give you the opportunity to expand your portfolio, learn new skills with some great mentors, and work on exciting new projects in the not-for-profit and social enterprise space.

About Co-Ground & Co-Ground Coffee

Co-Ground is an innovative and award-winning charity working across Australia, Vanuatu and the Philippines. We are passionate about equality and believe education is key to tackling poverty. Co-Ground supports community-driven education, health and livelihood projects in the Asia-Pacific while building community around social enterprise here in Australia. Co-Ground is a registered Not-For-Profit organisation and sole owner of Co-Ground Coffee social enterprise with 100 percent of profits going to our programs.

Co-Ground Coffee is a social enterprise coffee cart service that offers specialty coffee for events and functions across metro Melbourne. Our coffee carts are mobile and bookings range from public promotions, office-based functions, weddings, conferences and large-scale events. We work with industry leaders Five Senses Coffee and La Marzocco who support our team to provide high quality coffee service with 100% of the profits made through sales supporting Co-Ground community projects in Vanuatu and the Philippines.
