AusCam Freedom Project is an anti-trafficking organisation ending the exploitation of girls in Cambodia. We prevent girls from ever stepping foot into danger by reducing their vulnerability, mitigating risks, supporting them to graduate and gain the tools, skills and confidence to change their lives.
The Position
We are seeking a Human Resources professional with a desire to contribute their time and skills. With two staff and growing in Australia, we want to ensure best practice HR standards are in place.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Advising the board on legal requirements in hiring staff and volunteers (paid and unpaid)
- Developing policies and procedures
- Collating documents across system to create or refine induction, and instruction booklets for volunteers
- Managing filing system and recording information as needed
- Provide advice on opportunities and legislative changes e.g. JobKeeper Scheme
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
