Bring a smile and cheer up this elderly Dutch lady during weekly/fortnightly visits in Mt Eliza. Phone calls only until face to face is permitted. A volunteer is requested for this role who can speak Dutch, though she does understand English too. Visits may be spent talking or sharing in a simple leisure activity together. Your regular visits can make a real and positive difference to her life - reducing social isolation and improving well-being.

We ask volunteers to commit to weekly visits for at least 6 months, however this is an ongoing role & we hope to support your friendship for as long as possible.

Volunteers receive training, orientation and ongoing support.
