We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support us as we implement Salesforce, including the Not For Profit module, to manage our sponsorship, donations, volunteer and campaign processes. 

We are working with a Salesforce provider who is providing licensing, consulting and development support, however we need BA support to liaise between our users and the internal volunteer Salesforce scrum team to ensure user requirements are understood and well documented along with robust acceptance criteria.

You will provide guidance to the technical team members building the solution to ensure user stories are well understood and developed into a workable solution, enhancing users' experience. You will also peer review completed work and perform unit testing.

The volunteer Salesforce scrum team consists of a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Solution Architect, BA (this position) and 2 x Salesforce Administrators/Developers. We have 3 weekly sprint cycles currently in progress.

A time commitment of approx. 1 day/week is expected. We have 2 x 1 hr standups/working sessions per week which you would need to be able to join (currently Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes - remote is fine. We do also have occasional technical design calls at 6pm)

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience as a business analyst ideally implementing CRM, including data migration
• Customer and business focused - this is not a technical role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent documentation skills e.g. user guides

This is an unpaid, voluntary position. This role can be used for the completion of a university placement/internship. Volunteers of Mahboba’s Promise are covered by our public liability insurance.
