Greenbatch are seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to register, on-board and manage their volunteers. The role would be approximately 7-10 hrs per week. A portion can be done remotely but 4-5 hours would have to be onsite for volunteer training an inductions. Duties include • Be the first point of contact once they have registered with a welcome email. Done via a CRM with a degree of automation. • Respond to queries. • Induct volunteers onsite with the protocols, policies and safety procedures of operating machinery at Greenbatch. • Coordinate volunteers for events as they are scheduled including any GB Open Days. • Coordinate uniform resources, identification badges and timesheets. Some additional aspirational goals are the following • To build a strong volunteer social culture with extra-curricular events planned. • Retain volunteers longer than 6months with an average of 6 hours/mth attending events etc. • Have a secure and stable volunteer force which we can provide upskilling, additional training to.
