The Board meets once per month on a Monday evening. The Board is accountable for the governance and strategic direction of KCH, and also provides support and leadership to the staff.

The time commitment of a General Board Member includes attendance at the monthly Board meeting, support for events (once per term), and, where possible, additional support for continuous improvement projects.

Ideal skill sets for the General Board Member positions are: HR, legal, marketing financial, business, early childhood and/or education. Most importantly, we seek someone who is passionate about community development, play-based learning, and has the time and energy to help our amazing organisation continue to grow and improve!

To be eligible for a KCH Board position, you must be a member of KCH.
