Summary of Primary Duties The primary purpose of this role is to work with the QENDO Management Board to develop ideas and strategies for membership growth, monitor membership satisfaction and administer, process and report on membership. This role will be expected to maintain strong ties with the wider QENDO team and community.

Duties and Responsibilities Membership Growth

  • Develop and manage the delivery of campaigns to recruit new members.
  • Develop growth objectives and targets.
  • Ensure that the membership offering is clearly presented through the QENDO digital channels and across the QENDO public programme activities.
  • Regularly attend QENDO public events as needed to promote membership.

Membership Satisfaction

  • Develop systems and tools for monitoring and measuring membership satisfaction and interaction.
  • Act as central point of contact for membership feedback.

Membership Administration, Process and Reporting

  • Act as email contact for all members.
  • Administration and processing related to new memberships.
  • Tracking and analysis of monthly membership growth.
  • Preparation of membership reports for QENDO executive committee.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Google Suite and various social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Memberspace would be advantageous
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a Marketing discipline
  • Data analysis skills
  • Blue card / exemption card
