Contribute to a positive ageing approach within AnglicareSA’s Aged Care programs by assisting the Lifestyle teams with a range of meaningful activities which engage our customers and respect individual choice.

Some duties and responsibilities may include: • Support residents to attend activities and return to their room • Encourage residents to engage and participate in activities • Visit residents, offering one on one activity time eg: reading, conversation, walks • Engage residents in activities of interest that are meaningful and fulfilling • Assist Lifestyle staff with preparations for programs • Assist with the running of activities such as carpet bowls, gentle exercise, bingo • Assist with general up keep of lifestyle department and activities

*Please note it is now a State requirement that all volunteers and staff working in Aged Care will need to have a Flu Vaccine.
