This is A Conversation Starter (TIACS) Foundation is the Charitable arm of Trademut, the revolutionary social enterprise transforming how blokes perceive mental health and wellbeing within the Construction industry. The workwear company has become the over-night effervescent symbol of pride for thousands of workers who bear the bright Trademut colours & morals with conviction & gritty determination all around Australia.

The TIACS mission is to facilitate access to psychologists by removing the physical and financial barriers for those in need. We do this providing counselling in a virtual setting.

What you’ll do: ·

• Psychological assessment and interventions across a range of presenting problems including self-harm, mood, anxiety, psychosis, personality and eating disorders within clinical capacity
• Provision of referrals to appropriate additional services and support based on client needs
• Assess risk of suicide and violence and initiate appropriate emergency procedure when required
• Ensure information is recorded in an accurate and timely manner and privacy and confidentiality of client information is maintained in accordance with TIACS policy and best practice standards
• Adhere to ethical standards of clinical and research practice in accordance with AhPRA policy frameworks
• Participate in individual and group supervision and training as necessary
