This is a centre based volunteer position. All volunteers will be in a call centre located in the Guildford office. This is due to confidentiality and privacy laws protecting client data. The strictest social distancing and safe hygiene practices have been put into place while volunteers are in the centre.

As a TouchPoint volunteer you will be required to have the following skills:

• experience working in an office environment
• good organisational skills
• excellent phone manner/customer service skills
• Ability to adhere to strict privacy protocols
• Good eye for detail in recording data

All training and induction will be carried out by our experienced coordinators.

Rostered mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday.
