Mood Active AssociationResponsibilities:
- Provide guidance in the delivery of HR service to management team.
- Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of Human Resources initiatives and activities such as recruitment, retention and engagement, compensation, benefits, and Work Health & Safety.
- Support the management team in the recruitment and on-boarding of new roles
- Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.
- Development and implementation of other HR initiatives or projects to enhance the experience for Mood Active staff and volunteers and outcomes for all parties.
- Encourage a culture that supports the core purpose and values of the Association.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in human resources management.
- Excellent leadership, planning and organising kills.
- Previous experience with HR strategy development.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Outstanding knowledge of human resource management principles and working knowledge of HR metrics and data analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work proactively and remotely, self manage and achieve results
Qualification
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
