What is the Young Professionals Network?

The UNAA Young Professionals (YP) network involves and inspires young professionals throughout Australia in international affairs and the work of the United Nations around the world. The YP brings together a diverse mix of young professionals from business, law, government, the arts and philanthropy that are mainly between the ages of 25 to 35 years.

How Will I Contribute?

The National President is responsible for fostering relationships within the UNAA and UN agencies, Federal, state and local governments, the not for profit sector and other interest groups to create and support social change. The successful candidate will contribute through executing the following responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and enhance the impact of the Young Professionals Network across Australia
• Build relationships and manage diverse stakeholders of varying levels of talent, experience, age and background
• Explore opportunities to expand the Network in consultation with key stakeholders to maximise the UNAA’s overall impact
• Manage the Young Professionals National budget
• Oversee the delivery of Young Professionals national programs
