• Create job descriptions for volunteer positions and advertise the positions via agencies, social media, newsletters etc • Assist with the interview and recruitment process of volunteer roles • Respond to volunteer enquiries via email, Facebook messenger and other mediums • Assist with the recruitment of volunteers • Update and maintain volunteer records on our database • Ongoing training of volunteers throughout the year • Organising social events to recognise volunteers
