We Are Community are an established 100% volunteer driven not for profit charity in Macarthur (soon expanding to Wollondilly).

Our charity attends the Liverpool Street Kitchen fortnightly on Saturdays. We have a unique caddy vehicle that is decked out with a printer and charging ports.

Whilst friends are charging their phones or printing documents, it is a good opportunity to assist them with information of where to get further support or simply engage in friendly conversations, reducing feelings of isolation. There may also be opportunities to show them how to use apps or how to access particular info e.g. navigate MyGov. You will also be partnered with another volunteer.

Tasks: * Pick up caddy vehicle from the Community Hub\, Airds * Drive to Bigge Park Liverpool and park van safely in allocated position * Assist friends with IT support * Engage in friendly conversation\, provide information & organise referrals if needed (to other organisations at the Street Kitchen\, Link 2 Home or other) * Network with the other organisations * Record engagement data and submit via Campfire app * Follow WHS\, Code of Conduct and other policy and procedures * Return caddy vehicle to Community Hub\, Airds
