I am in need of advice on the charity providing a licence agreement to a private business (owned by the founder of the charity) to run the online store, where they are licenced to use the charity name.  50% of all profits from the online store come back to the charity.  I am wanting to confirm all aspects of this arrangement to ensure I am 100% doing the right thing.
