Are you retired and looking for an opportunity to use your vast knowledge to help those less fortunate than yourself? You are invited to apply to become one of our dedicated team of Homework Club Volunteers. Each week children from refuge families in Flemington attend the Homework Club to get assistance with their homework. These Homework Clubs have been running for 10 years and have produced significant improvements in academic results of students, many of whom have now gone on to tertiary study.

Prerequisites for volunteering:

- Desire to raise educational standards - A current Working With Children Check (we can help you easily obtain this if you do not have one) - Completion of an 8 hour training course which can be done with personal assistance or online.
