Volunteer Emergency Relief Worker (Kyneton)
CatholicCare VictoriaKey Duties Include:
- Interview Clients to conduct assessment of presenting needs
- Provide Emergency Relief within guidelines and program resources
- Advocate for clients as needed and provide information on other support services
- Provide quality customer service and care
- Maintain Clients Records & uphold Client confidentiality and privacy at all times
Emergency Relief is provided through the distribution of vouchers, food, and assistance with paying off bills, and information and referral support to relevant community support services.
