Liaising with venues and finalising bookings • Booking equipment for each event (audio equipment etc) • Booking catering and finalising numbers • Arranging guest speakers • Ensuring enough resource packs are collated for each event (we can arrange additional volunteers for this) • Where appropriate attend the events to ensure smooth running • Working closely with the Your Side team including attendance at the event team meeting • Provide input to events where appropriate as we like to get creative with our events when we can
